Andrea is a digital marketing and marketing operations professional with over 12 years of industry expertise in the intersection of marketing and technology with an emphasis on data, behavior, and customer experience. She has worked both in-house and on the agency side serving B2B and Fortune 500 brands with their martech and digital strategy initiatives.

Charles is the Vice President of Solutions and a Partner at Blast Analytics. He is an entrepreneur at heart and thrives on working with clients to understand the most important details of their business. He is also a member of the Digital Analytics Association and serves on the Awards Gala Organizing Committee and as co-chair of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.

Jared is a Senior Analytics Implementation Consultant at Blast Analytics. He has extensive experience, both on the brand and agency side, and has true passion for all things Digital Analytics (his license plate says “WEBDATA”). When he’s not busy implementing best-in-class digital analytics solutions for enterprise clients Jared enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and generally spending time with his three small humans (aka his kids).

As Director of Analytics Implementation at Blast, Jason leverages his vast experience in web analytics and software development to mentor and lead a team of problem-solving savants. Jason has spent the last 10 years finding creative answers to complex questions utilizing Adobe Analytics and various development languages along the way. As a certified expert in Adobe Analytics for development, business, and architecture and an expert in Javascript Jason is able to understand clients’ pain points and produce creative technical solutions. His solutions resolve current issues and enable easier success in the future — by helping them make data-driven decisions, improve processes, and EVOLVE their organizations.

Jess Johnson
Director, Business Development
As Director of Business Development for Blast Analytics & Marketing, Jess works to create long-term value for Blast clients and partners. He believes there is always a win-win (-win) solution and works with teammates across all disciplines to make it happen. His more than 18 years of experience spans sales, business development, and management.

Josh Morrow
Senior Conversion Optimization Strategist
Josh Morrow is a Senior Conversion Optimization Strategist at Blast Analytics. He has extensive experience in helping enhance their customer experience through strategic a/b testing, personalization, user experience design, and conversion-focused copywriting.

Joe Christopher
VP Analytics
As Vice President of Analytics at Blast Analytics, Joe leads a team of talented analytics consultants responsible for helping clients understand and take action on their vast amounts of data, to continuously improve and EVOLVE their organizations. With over 20 years of experience in analytics and digital marketing, Joe offers a high-level of knowledge and guidance to clients across all industries. He is an expert in all major analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as various tag management systems such as Tealium and Adobe Launch. He also consults on data visualization, data governance, and data quality strategies. Having extensive expertise in many areas, has enabled Joe to become a well known thought leader and speak at industry events such as Tealium’s Digital Velocity series. Joe remains on the pulse of various information technology, programming languages, tools and services, keeping Blast and its clients on the leading edge.

He has a unique blend of skills in both web development and analytics ensuring best-in-class strategy and implementation; from solution design through development, QA and deployment. As CEO, Kayden’s role involves leading Blast’s thought leadership and strategic vision to position Blast Analytics as one of the top digital marketing companies in the industry, providing oversight and direction on all aspects of the Blast Team.
As the founder and CEO, Kayden is committed to creating a great company where people enjoy coming to work, are supported by their teammates, are intellectually challenged, and help our clients meet their goals.
Guided by the team’s core values, he works relentlessly to establish a culture that encourages and supports team members to be their best. Kayden especially enjoys mentoring teammates and challenging the team to constantly improve.
Since 1999, he has been an active learner focused on optimizing everything he can, and working hard to stay ahead of the industry. With the input of his team, learning from client interactions, and innovative inspiration; Kayden continues to set the vision and drive Blast forward.
Kayden’s breadth of experience in user experience, usability testing, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy, content marketing, search marketing, branding, traditional marketing, analytics, A/B testing, website development, content management, ecommerce, marketing automation, governance, training, and more; has led him to focus on the customer. He evangelizes the need to get into your customers’ shoes. Focus on addressing their needs and solving their challenges across the entire customer journey to maximize desired outcomes.

Lara Fisher

Lara Fisher is Associate Manager of Analytics Strategy at Blast Analytics. Lara has over 25 years of experience in the analytics industry and has expertise in both Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. She holds a Master’s Degree in eBusiness with a concentration in Market Research and Intelligence Systems, and a 2nd Masters Degree in Marketing & Business.

Nick Mannon is the Director of Data Solutions at Blast Analytics. Working with data, finding insights, and creating visualizations that clearly communicate stories to answer business questions, that is his passion. He is a Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate and Google Analytics Certified.

He has spent 20+ years venturing into the depths of software development, designing and implementing analytic solutions to automate business processes within all sizes of financial services institutions.
