He and his wife Janis also are co-founders of The Markie Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports children’s hospice.
More about Joe
I joined Blast…
To ‘make my mark’ alongside kick-ass teammates and clients–not to mention working five minutes from home.
A cool part of my job is…
Learning about our diverse clients’ businesses–from retail shoes to data centers and everything in between.
My consulting “philosophy” is…
Listen to clients, put in the work, and create deliverables that drive results.
It’s not on my resume, but…
My wife and I have nine (yes, nine!) kids.
One of my first jobs was…
Dressing up as the “Honey Bear” Frozen Yogurt mascot and waving down customers at a busy intersection (all for free yogurt).
The most interesting place I’ve traveled is…
Japan, through an exchange program with my high school.
My hobbies include…
Sports, outdoor activities, music, and craft beer.
A favorite quote of mine is…
“Some people dream of success, while others wake up and work hard at it.”–Winston Churchill
