Manager, Analytics Implementation
As Manager, Analytics Implementation at Blast Analytics, TJ uses his wide knowledge of various analytics tools and implementation methods to help clients collect the data that will enable them to EVOLVE and make their mark.
TJ has been with Blast since 2015 and has “loved every moment of it.” During that time, he has worked with multiple tag management systems such as Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch, as well as server-side solutions such as Segment and Tealium eventStream. He has also led implementations for mobile apps using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Firebase and Mixpanel.
TJ earned a BS in Communications from Brigham Young University – Idaho. He’s a certified expert in Adobe Analytics (for development, business and architecture) and Google Analytics. He lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife and three children.
No one day is the same as the other. Every day introduces a new challenge for me and my teammates to conquer. Rarely do things get boring and, if they do, leadership is always willing to help you EVOLVE.

I joined Blast…
Because I saw an opportunity to grow by working with various tools, clients and scenarios. I stay with Blast because the people are my second family. I care for all those who I work with, and I know they care for me. At Blast, we approach client solutions as a team and not as individuals. We all win, or we all fail. I also love Blast for its emphasis on work-life balance and desire for all of us to improve the community around us.

I love to cook. Everything from the flavor to the presentation. I love trying new recipes and new foods and sharing them with others.
One of my first jobs was…
A cashier at a grocery store. As hard as I tried not to, I always found myself working at grocery stores throughout high school and college.
The most interesting place I’ve traveled is…
The Bahamas. I went there during my honeymoon, and even the high humidity did not ruin the beauty of the blue oceans.
My hobbies include…
All things nerdy. Playing board games and video games, reading science fiction novels and comic books, and watching TV and movies with my wife.
