ROCKLIN, CA (March 3, 2018) — For the third time since 2015, a Blast Analytics & Marketing teammate will be competing in the Analytics Rock Stars competition during the annual Adobe Summit — this year held March 25-29, in Las Vegas.
Halee Kotara, senior analytics consultant at Blast, has been selected as a finalist for the 2018 competition — a fun, fast-paced, and informative breakout session where real Adobe Analytics users share their top tips and tricks.
As stated in the session description on the Adobe Summit website, “The winners of our nationwide Analytics Rock Star Tour will share their smoking hot tips, tricks, and power strategies. These tips are sure to bring the house down, and enable you to positively impact your business.”
Kotara is following in the footsteps of Blast teammates Brad Millett and Joe Christopher, who competed in 2017 and 2015, respectively, when it was called the Adobe Analytics Idol competition.
In an email to Kotara, Adobe said “We received a slew of fantastic tips and had trouble selecting those that were most valuable and compelling. Congratulations for making it to the Analytics Rock Star finals. You’ve advanced through the largest field of competitors we’ve ever had!”

Kotara submitted two clever uses of Adobe Analysis Workspace addressing challenging analytics questions that she’ll present to session attendees, who will vote for the best Adobe Analytics tips.
Other industry experts who will be participating in the competition with Kotara include: Audrey Salerno (Site Analyst, Cars.com); Lindsey Soma (Customer Analytics, Jet.com); Meghan Powers (Manager, Web Analytics, Carmax); David Berger (Director, Digital Analytics, TIAA)’ Kerri Adcock (Principal Digital Analyst, National Instruments). The session will be facilitated by Adobe’s Eric Matisoff.
