David Dobes

Solutions Manager

As Solutions Manager at Blast Analytics, David provides guidance and support for organizations seeking to expand their multi-channel analytics strategies with Blast’s proven analytics consulting expertise and solutions. David’s goal is to help clients build best-in-class analytics programs leveraging data to improve decision making, take action, and EVOLVE.

With more than 10 years of experience in digital analytics, David focuses on building and nurturing business relationships and partnerships. Prior to joining Blast, he worked at Stratigent as a Solutions Manager. Before that, he was an analyst in the digital print industry, working for companies including Charrette, Konica Minolta and Xerox.

David earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbia College in Chicago. He also makes his mark by volunteering as board member for the Fox Valley Theatre Guild, advisory board member for the Fox Valley Park District, and print shop advisor for the Chicago LightHouse School of the Blind. In his spare time, you can find David involved in a theatre performance of some sort with his children.

Working at a “Pizza & Pub.” The food industry has my respect. I worked there throughout high school and college. I learned what hard work was juggling school and a job, and it gave me a good base to never starve!

The most interesting place I’ve traveled is…

South Korea. In my past life, I used to service and manage large format inkjet printers and had the opportunity to visit a manufacturer in Seoul to learn. What a great experience to learn about different cultures.

My hobbies include…

Theatre, theatre and theatre. Oh, did I mention I like theatre?
