Not only has the company retained nearly 100% of its people honoring a “no layoff” pledge, Blast has hired several new teammates this year, increasing its workforce 40%.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company created contingency plans for the worst-case scenario but avoided implementing any due to strong financial performance. In fact, Blast continued providing teammates with salary increases and promotions throughout 2020 and will be giving year-end bonuses again.
Blast has added teammates across all areas of the business, from leadership and operations to delivery and marketing. In addition to strengthening its company structure, the increased resourcing enables Blast to EVOLVE its leading analytics consulting services and offer new solutions, such as data storytelling.
